Shasmene, Ethiopia, April 26-29, 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><span style=\"color: #002e7a;\">A training course was held in Shasmene, Ethiopia, from the 26 to the 29 of April 2011\u00a0aimed to capacitate the research team and project staff\u00a0on\u00a0application of\u00a0REDCap software\u00a0on PREGART projects data entry and reporting so that the program will generate a high quality data for the project.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #002e7a;\">Main contents covered in the training were: Introduction to data, data quality, data quality dimensions; Introduction to REDCap software (Definitions, Important terminologies relevant to REDCap, REDCap features); Getting started with REDCap software; Creating New eCRF; Access &amp; editing eCRF; Exporting data from REDCap to other Software.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #002e7a;\">Practical Session included:\u00a0entering a fictitious data into the REDCap database;\u00a0Identify limitations and errors in the CRFs created in the REDCap software;\u00a0Identify data type as per the CRF;\u00a0Save Data;\u00a0Export Data variables;\u00a0Edit and Save data\u00a0dictionary\u00a0(codebook).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Six project staff participated in the training: two trial site supervisors (one male and one female);
